Q. What is an Affiliate Program?

Q. When will I get paid?
A. You will get paid 30 days after the end of the month when your total commission balance exceeds $50.00. If you do not reach $50.00 we will simply roll your balance over to the next month.

Q. How do I know that your affiliate program works?

Q. With your program's multiple tiers it almost appears as if your program is a pyramid scheme should I be worried?
A. Your concern is understandable but pyramid schemes involve the generation of money by enrolling others for a fee. Our program does not require a fee to join and the revenues are generated from sales of domains, web hosting packages, and other web based products. Also, unlike a pyramid scheme our program requires you to be continually active in the program by advertising and recruiting customers whereas pyramid scheme promise huge payoffs by just joining them.

Q. What happens if someone cancels their order or ends their service earlier?
A. When the service allows cancellations and the customer receives a refund then you will receive negative commissions on that refund only. For example, if a customer purchases a product after clicking a link or banner from your site for $100 but later cancels and receives a refund of $50. You will have received 5% or $5 on the sale but you will then receive a negative commission of $2.50 because half of the original sale was refunded.

Q. Can I purchase domains and web products for myself as an affiliate.
A. Absolutely. However, you must also be actively displaying our banners and links on your site. We will not allow people to join our program soley as a method of gaining a discount on domain name purchases. However, we believe active affiliates deserve this discount as they are helping promote our products and services!
